👩🏻‍🍳Preparazione: prendete le fette biscottate e inzuppatele nel caffè.
Dopodiché mescolate lo yogurt magro  con 1 cucchiaino di miele  e dell’estratto alla vaniglia. Farcite a strati le fette biscottate e fate una bella torretta.
Dopo sciogliete un quadratino di cioccolato a bagnomaria in microonde,  poi lo versate sopra al tortino il cioccolato fuso, potete anche ricoprirlo interamente. A questo punto lasciate raffreddare e mettetelo in frigo a riposare. Potete anche consumarlo il giorno seguente.

I do get questions on where I find my ideas .. So here is how these breakfast concoctions happen for me .. 10 PM last night - man I really want soft boiled eggs tomorrow (*Google's soft boiled egg #breakfast #recipes )
- hmm they all have some type of bread or toast and I can't have that bc I'm #glutenfree and my current #mealplan includes #nocarbs - but I can have #flaxseed and I do love a good flourless #mugcake - ugh but I can't have butter 🤔
- ooohh but I do have strawberries and can find a recipe for a a healthy jam!
11 PM - Done!

And this morning I soft boiled an #egg for 4 mins, made my turkey sausage by adding thyme and spices to a handful of ground turkey, mixed up a quick flaxseed mugcake that microwaved for 1 min while boiling up some chopped strawberries with lemon and cinnamon. I even zhooshed up some green juice and was even able to clean up and be eating all in 25 mins! 
I also found a pretty awesome recipe for dinner that's also quick and easy and will share how I found that one later too!! #yayfood

Inspired by @jessies_feed_rd from her homemade #tostadas a few weeks back and ohhh my goodness, I’ll be making these weekly—so good! •••
#deats preheat your oven to “broil” or use an air fryer if you have one...
Place corn tortillas on a baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil. Bake for 2 minutes on each side. Top with your favorite ingredients—I chose fat free refried beans, extra sharp cheddar cheese then put BACK in the oven for additional 1-2 minutes to let the cheese melt. Then added my fresh ingredients-spinach, nonfat Greek yogurt, salsa, and hot sauce! Additional topping ideas: diced onion, fresh tomatoes, pico de Gallo, guacamole, beef/chicken, corn, black beans, cilantro...the list goes on! •••
So easy, so fresh, so delicious! I even made extra to bring to work for lunch 😊

Cauliflower and cacao powder! Frozen Hot Chocolate.  Credit to www.mynewroots.org An absolutely delicious, decadent drink! Finger licking good! Ingredients: 2 cups frozen cauliflower florets, 1/3 cup pitted dates, 6 Tbsp, raw cacao powder, approximately 1 1/2 cup soy or almond milk, handful of ice cubes. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add more liquid if necessary. this was so easy to make and has tons of great flavor😛
🍝Make pasta according to directions on box
In a big bowl mix the following:
🥦cut broccoli and chopped bell pepper
🍗small pieces of cut turkey deli meat
🥜almond slices for crunch
🥣dressing: whisk 3 T olive oil, splash apple cider vinegar to taste, 2 T lime juice, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 2 T mustard, 1/2 tsp parsley.
Once pasta is cooked, cool down under cold running water until pasta is cold. Throw pasta in with the above mix. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Let sit for 30 min to an hour to soak up all the flavor🙌🏽 #banzaplusplants
